What we provide

You upload a pitch deck and pay for a written Investment Readiness Report. The report is produced automatically from the deck you submit and from public sources. It is delivered to you through your account on this site.

Not advice

This is an unregulated business advisory service. The report assesses how ready your materials are to put in front of investors. It is not investment advice, it is not a financial promotion, and it is not a recommendation to invest or to raise. We do not arrange introductions to investors. Any decision to invest, or to seek investment, is yours alone.

No warranty

Content on this site and in the report is provided for general information. We make no warranty that it is complete or current, and we do not guarantee any funding outcome.

Your material

Your pitch deck remains yours. You confirm you are entitled to submit it. We use it only to produce your report and to operate the service.

Our material

The report, this site, and the name Perfect Pitch Deck are owned by TOCLOCO LTD unless stated otherwise. Your report is licensed to you for your own use.

Payment

Payment is taken through Stripe before the report is produced. We do not receive or store your card details.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
